A cable is used for the connection between the data management unit at the buoy or the pile and the ADCP.
The ADCP is powered and read out via this cable. The connection between the data management unit and the
user is done by any thinkable way.
For example: cable, ISDN, analogue modem, radio link, GSM, GPRS, UMTS or satellite.
